Training

Considering my first week of training is complete. I feel pretty good about the return to the iron! Body tells me I have been doing the right moves; pretty sore. The weights on the bar tell a completely different story. I AM WEAK!!! However, gonna put a carrot out in front of me. Need a goal. So, November 19th, USAPL Stars & Stripes has to be the meet I do this year. One way or another, I have to get back on the platform!!! More to come!

Training

Just getting started back. I have had 1 full week of training. I have lost so much strength from not being consistent with workouts or supplements. This is something I stress with my clients, however, running a business and family can take a toll on maintaining a successful power and strength curve. SO, enough complaining! We made some adjustments here at the gym and with my personal schedule to allow the opportunity to put the work in towards new goals. I will keep you all posted with the workouts and how they progress.
