"Food for Thought"- Literally! 
One of the most common questions I get outside of training issues is; "What should I take for supplements"?

Well, besides the most obvious is; STOP eating at Dairy Queen and put the dang hot pockets back in the freezer! If your basic diet sucks, bet you $100 so does your strength gains and recovery time! Stuffing your face with McDonald's French Fries or thinking that Chicken Wings are great way to get a Post Workout Protein Intake will make your deadlift go up is WRONG!
