"I bought one of these vests around the beginning of the year and it's helped out a lot in training. I've only got 1 full time training partner so this has allowed us to work with boards on the bench without having to get someone else to stop whatever they're doing and come over to help out. Also, with the boards vest, I don't have to have someone standing over me while I'm lifting. The vest is adjustable so I can get the boards to fit tightly against my chest (not slipping around before and/or during the set) but the vest still fits comfortably and I can breathe easily. It's definately worth the money if you train alone or with only 1 other person."

"Hi Niko,
I wanted to see how your are doing? What's cooking!
We used the new board press vest twice now, I was able to board press, 465 pounds the first time using it. It felt really good, as if I was doing a full rep, even though I was using 5 boards, my shoulder muscles, and lats felt it the next day. I rarely go over 365/380 so to overload up to 465 was awesome!
The vest stayed tight for all of us, even the lighter weight guys wanted to try it and we were able to strap them in tight!
