That is our committment, because that is how we got started. Back in 2004, Dan Ratchford, Tony Forella and Niko Hulslander; the original members of the group, were tired of the hassles from commercial gyms. We were looking for something more. It didn't have to be fancy, we wanted the basics. Kinda an "Old School" way approach to success. We wanted to prove that with our hard work, great training philosophies, attention to form detail, and just some iron; that we could produce elite level results. So, we got started. We didn't have a lot of space. My two car garage, all of 20 x 20 feet were used up with just iron, bars and racks. No fancy machines. It didn't matter to us what numbers were put up in the gym, get your numbers verified, get them done on the platform and get them done in "Ink"! Since those days of No Heat, No A/C, No Mirrors, and No Excuses; we have exploded!!! Our Personal Records went up, our members have grown, we have exceeded the space of the garage to now over 6,000 square feet of space. And it keeps getting better!!!!! With the addition of Mark Martin, the inventor of the EO Board Vest, we have accomplished a solid and powerful team that no one can deny. Others travel from all around to come and hang with us. They too, like you wanted to get the edge. They wanted to learn from some of the strongest drug-free lifters in the country. No Frills, No Tricks, just an ability to get the most out of your potential!
